Email Support Send your query to our support address for account-level issues — stake adjustments, session records, or wallet verification tied to your live poker activity.
Account Help Centre The help centre covers common live poker questions: how side bets work, what happens on a disconnection mid-hand, and how to read the dealer's camera feed on a smaller screen.
h444game Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Our live poker channel carries Casino Hold'em, Caribbean Stud, and Speed Poker variants, all dealt by trained live dealers on camera. Tables run across multiple stake levels, so whether you are easing in or playing seriously, there is a seat that fits. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live power the streams — both studios are known for stable video quality and professional dealers.

Each table shows the current bet range before you sit, and hand history is logged to your account so you can review rounds after the session. Access depends on local law and is available where your region permits.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play in Our Live Poker Rooms

We want you to know exactly how our live poker channel operates — the studios, the shuffle process, and how disputes get handled. These are the signals that matter when real money is on the table.

Studio-Side Shuffling Cards are shuffled by the dealer on camera using certified shuffling machines at Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios. You watch every shuffle before the deal — nothing happens off-screen.
Hand History Logging Every hand you play is recorded to your account history. If a round ends unexpectedly or a bet looks wrong, our team can pull the exact hand log and review it with you.
Provider Certification Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent testing certifications for their live dealer products. RTP and game-rule information is shown at the table where the provider exposes it.
Disconnection Policy If your connection drops mid-hand, the round resolves according to the table rules displayed before you sat. Outcomes are logged and any affected balance is corrected after review.

Live Poker Terms Explained

New to live poker or just want a quick refresher? These are the terms that come up most when you are playing at our tables.

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer rather than other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand from shared community cards, and the stronger hand wins.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. It opens the round and sets the minimum stake for that hand at the table you have joined.

What is a side bet in live poker?

An optional extra wager placed alongside your main hand bet. Side bets pay out on specific card combinations — like a flush or straight — independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does RTP mean at a live poker table?

Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered money a game returns over many rounds. RTP is shown at the table only where the provider publishes it for that specific variant.

What is Caribbean Stud poker?

A five-card live poker game dealt against the house. After seeing your cards and one dealer card, you decide to fold or raise. The dealer must qualify with ace-king or better to play.

What does 'qualify' mean in live dealer poker?

The dealer qualifies when their hand meets the minimum strength defined by the game rules — usually ace-king in Caribbean Stud. If the dealer does not qualify, your ante pays out automatically.
